1. What we sell

Esim Safar sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs, supplied through third-party mobile network partners. Each plan shows its destination, data amount and validity before you pay.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

3. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay. All payments are processed in USD; other currencies are only an estimate.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Square. We never see or store your full card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

eSIMs are digital and delivered by email and in your account, normally within minutes. See our Delivery page.

5. Your device and coverage

• You are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.
• Coverage, speeds and networks depend on local operators; we cannot guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted service.
• Data plans cannot be topped up or transferred between people or devices once installed.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Promo codes, referrals and rewards

• Promo codes, referral rewards, points and wallet credit have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and can only be used on Esim Safar purchases.
• Money added to your wallet (top-up) is non-refundable, even if unused, and does not expire while your account is active.
• Each referral reward needs a genuine new customer's first qualifying purchase. Self-referrals, fake accounts or any manipulation will be refused and rewards may be revoked.
• We may change or end a promotion at any time; codes and rewards may have expiry dates and minimum order amounts.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use eSIMs for anything unlawful, to resell them without our written permission, to abuse the network, or to attempt to break or overload our website.

9. Reviews

Only customers who bought a plan for a destination can review it. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We show your first name or account name and your country (detected from your connection) next to a review, and may remove reviews that break these rules.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed connections, travel disruption or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of United States.
